Help needed

I have cancelled my sky q mini box ive been sent a bix threw post and on the letter is says send back the equipment whats listen in the box below and its blank whats best thing do

@Paulmac1985If you have cancelled multi room Sky will want the mini box, controller and the cables supplied with it. Unfortunately you don't get a refund for the box as it is loaned and you did not buy it.

Hi @Paulmac1985 

Assume that you have cancelled your Sky Q Multiscreen subscription.

Send back the mini,  remote control and HDMI cable.

 

Make sure you include your name and address in the return and keep proof of posting.
