Hello, wonder whether you can help me please.

Hello, 

Wonder whether you can assist me please. 

 

I have Netflix as part of my sky package and the Netflix account that was activated to be included was my ex partners. 

I have just been onto my Netflix app through the sky q box and it now says Netflix pin required. I'm guessing she has added a pin to her account so I can no longer access it. 

so what I need to do is: 

- sign out of the Netflix app 

- add my new Netflix account to be included within my  sky package that I pay for

Hi @Alloyjoe 

Yes you are correct .

However to sign out of your Netflix on Q you need to be able to open Netflix
