Hello whenever it rains theres no Sky channels next door has put a trellis up covering my satellite

Hi no sky channels whenever it rains I contacted you last Thursday regarding this matter and a signal was sent and the channels did come back,next door neighbour has put up a trellis covering my sky dish

If your neighbour has covered your dish then you may have to pay Sky to move your dish.

So long as there's a suitable alternative position for the dish Sky will charge in the region of £65 to move it but it's not likely to be before Christmas now. You could get a quote from a local satellite company but make sure the dish remains in a position where Sky will still have access to it for maintenance.
