Assuming you mean via the TV Guide and have the correct subscription, there does seem to be a fair amount of people with similar issues.

 

Your dish is likely out of alignment (possibly very slight), which will need an engineer visit. In the meantime you can watch live and on demand via discovery+ assuming you have activated it.
