Hello, my multi room isn't working.
I think it seems to be a problem with the box receiving instructions from the remote. The remote is working because when I turn volume up/down or press the source button it works. But I can't get out of set up mode? I've tried rebooting the main sky Q box but this hasn't helped.

Hi @HarryArnot
First reboot the mini again.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
When the mini is back on with Green led
If you still cannot get past the 1 of 4 step try resetting the mini remote to infrared mode by pressing and holding 7 & 9 on the remote until it's led flashes 4 times.
Then try the 1 &4 again and see if the box respond to the remote. (Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the mini as infrared mode needs line of sight).
Also bear in mind that when it tells you to press the WPS it means on the main Q box).
If this gets your mini working you will need to re pair the mini remote for Bluetooth.
Make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hopefully someone will split this out into its own thread as it's not related to the OP's issue but you probably ended up here because of the suggested topics that come up when you type in a subject.

No sky in my bedrooms, main tv working fine tried rebooting nothing seems to work
