Hello, I upgraded to sky Premier league 2 weeks ago but Instill get an error DSU 508

Hello, 3 weeks ago I upgraded to sky Premier league channel but I still get an error DSU 508. Please help

Unplug your Sky Q box from the mains and wait 30 seconds. Unplug all cables and your viewing card. Plug it all back in and go through the boot up process. If this doesn't work you may need to call for a refresh signal. 150 us the number to call if you have Sky Mobile or Talk or the number under "Need more help" on this page - Sky Help | Sky.com

I am also getting this error code.  Had Ultra HD a few months ago as part of my package. Then downgraded a few bits UHD being one of them. Then had an offer come through for 3 months free HD & UHD and the UHD content does not work. I have made 4 calls to sky totalling over 5 hours of call time and no one seems to know what to do!
