My sky box keeps saying it does not support hdcp and i do not know what this means and how to fix it

Did it used to work?

(HDCP is the encryption between the Q box and the TV - over the HDMI lead)

Could be anything:

Faulty/loose lead

Faulty Sky box

Faulty TV (or firmware)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
