I've been trying to get into my hayu app on sky .I've rung sky up today and they have reset all my settings etc.when I try to pair the code from hayu it doesn't work I'm getting frustrated as it should be so simple to do can anyone help thanks
If you're trying to access the inclusive Hayu subscription you don't use the app for that. Instead on the Home screen, select On Demand, then Channels, then Hayu.
