Have received box to return sky q box but it was returned 3 months ago

I returned sky q box 3 months ago and have now received another cardboard box to return sky q box

Are Sky emailing or texting you to return that equipment or is it just the fact additional return packaging has arrived? Have you retained the proof of posting it back?
