Engineer started installation of sky q mini box after changing old HD box for new sky q box. Main box worked perfectly. Sky q mini did not and he had to call sky as it didn't start up and had error message mr104. After speaking to them he said it could take from a couple of hours to 24 for it to go through. Status still showing an x next to watch on sky mini box. Have switched of main box and plugged it out. Still no change. Both boxes connected to network but not to each other. Sky account shows multiroom but none showing yet.

Sky operator have trouble shooted the issue and then discovered even though I was billed for multiform, not yet set up on their systems.
