In the last 2 months I have had to reset the hard drive on my main Sky Q box, resulting in losing all recordings etc. The box also locks up on a regulary basis.
What is the best way to contact Sky to get it fixed

Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.
If you are in Ireland - in the very bottom right corner change the flag to ROI to obtain the relevant number.
