I have reset my tv five times now and I have absolutely No service

Probably fatal and will require a new box.  Remember to remove your viewing card if so...

 

(Resetting your TV won't help with a hard drive issue)

You mean Sky box presumably? Sounds like a new one is needed. Troubleshooter will let you request one.
