Hard drive on sky Q box not working, paying gor multi room and kot able to use upstairs

Main sky Q box hard drive faulty so unable to access multi room upstairs

Working through the processes here should end up with booking a hardware swap-out.

 

Remember to remove and retain the Viewing Card before handing the faulty box over on the doorstep.
