Hard drive issues

We keep resetting the hard drive when an error comes up but it keeps happening so we lose all records every time.  Do I need a new sky q box?

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages

 

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.
