Hard drive issues and power on issues

Good evening 

 

For the past 3/4 months we've had issues with hard drive issues, we've lost recordings a number of times, had to rest the hard drive and have to reset once a day to switch on and get the sky box working. The issues keeps occurring and we follow the guidances and advice, it resolves it immediately but then the issues keeps occurring.

Tell the troubleshooter that the steps haven't worked and get a replacement box shipped out

 

don't forget to keep your viewing card and also swap the power leads as they are not all the same.
