Hard drive fault

Hello my hard drive is not working and i have reset it but there it's still not working

If you have tried the reset in the online help article and it's not fixed it, you can order a replacement box online via the article link;

Make sure when you swap your box with the courier that you keep hold of your current Sky viewing card as you  will need that for your new box.

It keeps coming up with messages saying hard drive fault and we can't record or watch any apps or recorded programs and voice control doesn't work, we have to turn the tv off every time we turn it on to try and kick start the sky, but it's not working.
