Netflix app intermittently freezes when viewing through sky Q

Has anyone got a solution to stop Netflix Freezing. I've tried going on and out of the app. I've tried unplugging, waiting 5 mins the rebooting sky q . But still freezes at random times.

I do need this sorting as it's impossible to watch Netflix
