Hard disk reset doesn’t work?

Hi guys,

Apologies if this has been covered before but I wonder if I could get some advice please?

We have had issues with streaming from the various Apps with the picture 'jumping' (missing a couple of seconds of play) or recordings failing etc.

In turning the TV on some days, I get a blue screen with an instruction that the SkyQ box needs resetting.

I have done this a number of times but the problem is still there, could this be that the SkyQ box has now got a fault that can't be resolved?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Mike
