Hard disk error

Hi we have a hard disk error showing after needing to re boot ... is tge only option to re set Hard disk and is that safe

It's safe but you'll lose all recordings.

 

It may be terminal and require a box replacement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
