When we first switch on the tv there is a message that appear saying error with hard disc drive and to reset but when I have attempted to follow the instructions on the link they tell you to go to, it doesn't work I press home button and then highlight settings but nothing happens when I press 001

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHighlight settings, hit 0 0 1 then select.
Your hard drive may be on the way out and will need a box replacement.
