I'm having problems with the initial handshake when turning on my TV and sky box - often requiring restarting Sky a couple of times before the welcome screen is visible. i always presumed it was my elderly TV. I have recently change to a brand new LG G5 tv and I am experiencing the same issue. I've tried all the usual resets and software resets without success. Any ideas please?
