Sky Q hot spot and ethernet connections.

Hi, I am just upgrading my internet network in my house, I have a Q box connected via ethernet and two mini boxes connected via wifi.  I also have Sky fibre.  My plan is to connect the two mini boxes via ethernet but I want the two mini boxes to act as hotspots.  For the boxes to act as hotspots when I connect the ethernet lead do I still turn off the wifi settings in the engineers menu?

No, you should not turn off the wifi - to act as hotspots the wifi must be active.

If you have the White Sky Max router then the Q boxes will not work as WiFi Hotspots.

Thank you.  I tried one of the mini boxes yesterday with an ethernet connection but the connection kept jumping between wired and wifi so didnt know if the wifi needed turning off or not.
