Handset

Since my mum had to change the digital box and consequently the order of putting the TV on, and the appearance on screen being different, she has been unable to tune into the TV. 

Since the TV is the main source of company I'm very concerned. Is there a simple switch on/off handset available.

At the moment she is not getting what she's paying for.

@Dgadd  If they have Sky Q they don't need toi Tune in anything, Sky Q will be on one of the HDMI inputs and it sounds like this hasn't been selected by them, therefire they will need to use their TV remote to cycle through the HDMI Inputs on the TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Exactly that is why it is too complicated for her.

She has to use the two handsets
