Had replacement sky Q box today. Major issues connecting. Changed scary and did software update. The

New sky q box not getting to Home Screen. Flashes black the grey pixels. Did get it working once after changing HDMI cable. Did software update and tried changing to 1080p. Lost everything. Tried pressing standbys button and the plugging in power to do another software update. Can't get back to Home Screen?? Help please
