Had an update and now an only receice channel 5005

Saw message on  screen re an update, but now stuck on a EuroNews Sattelite channel

You've posted this on both the Sky+ AND the Sky Q boards, when neither have a channel 5005 so what platform do you subscribe to?

So sorry - I was in a right panic.  Sorted it now. I had to reselect the Source. Thank you for taking the time.
