HD recording issues

There's a issue recording from the HD channels I've been using this for forever all of a sudden it's asking me to upgrade as if we don't pay enough for this service as it is

@Lisa539 looks like your Viewing Card has lost the HD privilege, then. If you give Sky a call, they'll be able to reinstate it.
