My multi room and my main box is not giving me Netflix and other channels . Yesterday one of the mini box wasn't working and now none of them working. Please could you arrange for someone to come quicker as my engineer was booked on 24th sept.
I am paying nearly £100 a month

Nobody can arrange for an engineer to come any quicker. There are fewer Sky engineers around as the satellite service is wound down.
You can call Sky and ask if there are any sooner appointments - you might get lucky, but there are no guarantees.
