HBO max

Hi , just got my new sky Q box after my old one had hard drive issues, I've done all my apps apart from hbo max , I have it included in my package but can't sign in or activate it as it does not recognise my email address, on my sky account it says it's current? Any help would be greatly appreciated

how are you signing in? Have you tried using the QR code on screen and following the instructions.

how are you signing in? Have you tried using the QR code on screen and following the instructions.

I have tried that and it takes me to the signing on screen but can't get any further
