HBO max subscription

I have been having problems with my HBO max sky subscription lately. I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes sky to renew it after it has been restored. I put in my new card details as my old one was out of date so HBO wasn't paid for but it still says renewal in progress after 2 days. Does anyone know how much longer I will have to wait as my daughter and I want to have a Harry Potter marathon

Are you saying your services in general were restricted because of a missed payment?

Yes but I updated my details and it now says renewal in progress when I go into my sky>your products>app subscriptions and down to HBO max

Basically my sky is fine and works perfectly but HBO isn't working yet because of the missed payment but I renewed my card details and on the app (when I go to my sky and your products) it says renewal in progress. I wanted to know how long it took to renew it is all as it has been 2 days now
