HBO & Disney App not working

My HBO app loads, but then when I like to anything to plan is shows this

ALSO Disney shows this

I haven't changed any setting and I am not using a VPN.  This was working yesterday.  Any help would be appreciated

hi @Stephen111 

 

Please may I suggest you try a full power restart (unplug / switch off at mains) of your router followed by SKY Q box(es)

I am having exactly the same issue.

Did you manage to resolve?

Out of interest who is your ISP?  Im wondering if not sky (not saying it isnt them) then if its my network somehow...

I'm with fibrils, and using eero 6.

 

reset router, and reset sky box.  All working now.  I tried resetting one at a time - didn't work.  Had to be the two.

Glad you've got it working. I reset both individually and then at same time and still not working for me. Im with MTH using a deco mesh plugged straight in.

I think I have literally just sorted it!
It occurred to me the only 'change' I have made to my network that correlates time wise with this error is I installed 'Sky Go' app on a recently purchased iPad 2 days ago and also logged it into my apple account.
Im not very knowledgeable about iPad products but aware they have something called a private relay.
I wondered if this could be having an effect so logged out of my apple account on the device and uninstalled Sky Go.  And bosh..HBO and Disney is now working on all apps and Sky devices
 
I must confess as to still being a bit confused as to why an apple device would be making my entire network appear as if a VPN were in place.  Suffice to say it was causing my issue.
