Hi @Gurpal64   Are you sure that is written into your contract? It would upset millions paying £30 ish a month for the privilege.

hi @Gurpal64

SKY did not switch TNT Sports from Discovery + app to HBO Max app - the owners WBD did this

I believe TNT Sports should have sent details of how to switch.

Was your subscription to TNT with SKY or direct or via a 3rd party ?

THere is a limited FAQ here which covers linking an incorrect email address

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!

I have followed the instructions to activate HBO (we have Sky Q with sports, TNT etc) but all it does is just tell me I have the basic package included as part of Sky, it doesn't give me access to the channel or enable me to sign in or anything like that as it is supposed to.

I have actually created an account with HBO and buy basic with ads and paid £5 just so I can actually create an account and watch it as my daughter wanted to watch Euphoria series 1 and 2.

Hoping this can be migrated into my Sky package when whatever technical gremlins are sorted out, but it is definitely not working at the moment, and with Disney+ it was very straightforward and easy to set up a new account through Sky.

HBO MAX multi room connection.

We have connected our main TV to HBO Max without any problems but we are struggling to connect a second and third TV's.

You should just be able to sign in using the login you created to activate on the main box. When you signing  in on your tv you might be presented with QR code and a link for signing in just follow the on screen instructions if you did not create a password when you activate it might want  to send a 6 digit code to your email address so do rhat  and put in the digit code in to your box nd then follow any further instructions and you should have service on that tv

hi @CBoot1

You need to subscribe to TNT sports to watch sport via the HBO Max app

BTW even basic sport that was available a while ago in the Discovery + app was moved by the owners WBD to the TNT subscription

There's no way the 'free' bundled Max tier (£4.99pcm from HBO themselves) was ever going to include the content of a £30+ TNT Sports subscription: acquiring those broadcast rights cost BT/TNT billions.

It doesn't help when Warner Bros Discovery Ltd chooses to advertise that TNT Sports is available through the Max app without making the significant additional cost clear.

And if you don't have TNT sport though Sky the only way you can get though HBO max app is to subscribe to the TNT sport  tier is to  subscribe direct on HBO max web site you can't get that  tie though sky marketplace
