HBO Max - 3 weeks now and still nothing!

I honestly think Sky has no idea how to fix this issue. My HBO max is saying ended on 26th March already but apparently they can't do reactiavtion as it is still pending cancellation! 3 weeks and it's the same update. I keep getting told it is being fixed "tomorrow" and agent will personally reach out to me when resolved ... nothing. Nobody updates me and issue remains so all I can do is continue to call, continue to post, continue to be disappointed with this service and continue to get ask if I want any new services added to my package 😡
