HBO MAX- Activation. I cannot type Email address using Sky Q Remote Too

Hello, recently got Sky Q, 1 regarding HBO MAX, I have tried to activate my Subscription with Ads. 

I clicked on it, Floow the Steps to activate, continue to set up the account using your name and the Email Linked

to your Package, or use a different email by creating account online. I click On Continue, i am back to Get Hbo Max, and Sign In below. 

Happens all the Time.

2 I also Do not Know how to type up an Email Address using my Sky Q Control, also where is the @ button on it too, please help on 

all 2 questions, thanks.😐

If  you are trying to sign in HBO max on you sky box I beleave there is possibly QR code which allows you to sign in in using your mobile or tablet. 
otherwise if you want to log in using your remote try clicking where it tells you to put your email address and a screen with letters, numbers, number and symbols should appear, then using the left, right and up down  buttons on your remote select the correct letter,  numbers and symbols should appear to put in email address and do the same for your password.
