HBO Connected to wrong email
I incorrectly created a new HBO account when activating the service, not realising one had already been ported through from an existing subscription for TNT sports through discovery+. I now have two accounts, one which can only access TNT sports, and one which only accesses the Entertainment channels. When speaking to HBO to resolve this, they've said it needs to be done though Sky as the provider. Can you please let me know how to disconnect my account from Sky, and then reactivate though Sky using the correct email.
