Got a brand new Samsung tv I’ve now added sky sports and uhd I’m getting the channels but no uhd

I've bought a new hdmi lead uhd compatible I've upgraded last week to uhd

tried yesterday they added uhd again 

still no uhd picture 

I've changed settings on sky box to the uhd 2010 setting still no pic when pressing select for uhd

hi @Markg709 

Have you set the HDMI used for SKY Q to something like Deep Color or Enhanced (sorry I  forget which setting for the different manufacturers)

on uhd channel it says I need to upgrade 

I go to upgrade for it to say 
I'm getting a notice of you have already subscribed to uhd
