Support,
I’m experiencing ongoing issues with my Sky Q box frequently losing its Wi-Fi connection. Despite following all the recommended troubleshooting steps available on your website, the problem persists.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this or advise on the next steps, as it’s becoming quite frustrating.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Sky Q box not working properly have done all the necessary checks still not working properly. Please can you contact me or send me another Sky Q box many thanks, Gordon.
