Getting messages to return my equipment but haven’t received the packaging

I keep getting a message to return sky equipment but haven't received the packaging to do so

See the following link for all Sky returns information.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband.

If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels.
Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.
