Getting Sky back

I need help with getting Sky back after being told that i still have an Outstanding payment even though i just paid the rest of what i owe. I was told that by the Virtual Assistant by the way.

You'll probably have to wait for the payment to clear - either Friday or Tuesday now.

 

Ensure you have a regular payment method set up.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
