Hi
Any idea how I can contact someone to update the IP Geo Database sky use, I have a UK IP being identified as none UK - unable to access various parts of Sky TV service.
Tried to contact with no joy yet as no one understands the issue.

ZEN - they have said it is a new IP range moved to the UK from the USA however it has been re-registered as UK and providers of location services notified. All checks I can do are returning UK IP, even if I knew what servcie they used fr look up maybe able correct on that end.

I have the same issue with Yayzi.
The issue is with whoever Sky use are not updating the location data of the IP address. 4/5 IP location services have it down as the UK. But whoever sjy use don;t.
Yayzi have done their bit by advising everyone so its down to Skys provider

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
