Yes, you can have Sky Broadband without any Sky TV service. So if you are out of contract on Sky Q you can cancel it without penalty and continue your broadband only.

I'm still contract them with sky wit comes out monthly how would I go about that

IF you are still within a minimum term for Sky Q then you cannot cancel.
