My sky q box has started needing to be reconnected to the  internet everytime I switch it on. We have fibre which has been checked. Reading elsewhere dropping out is a common problem for skyq. Is there a solution? .

Are you powering down the box?

Ive switched on snd off by unplugging it for 2min

Are you on Sky Fibre with the White Sky Max router?
