Frequent Frozen pictures

I have a main sky Q box plus 2 additional sky mini boxes in other rooms. One of the mini boxes screen freezes frequently. I have rebooted several times and have also rebooted the router. It continues to freeze several times daily

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Try swapping the mini's.  It should hopefully show if it's a hardware or location issue.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
