Free sky cinema offer

Have taken on the free 1 month offer for sky cinema. Can't find anything on the email to say what notice to give to cancel after the 1 month free offer. What is correct procedure to cancel and how. Tried ringing sky but gave up after 40 mins

Hi @Suki55   You need to give 31 days notice now, to avoid being charged. Only Sky can help you.

@Suki55

If you definitely aren't interested in keeping Sky Cinema then really you needed to cancel the offer immediately it started as you need to give 31 days notice. If you didn’t you will end up paying for a part months subscription.

Re: Free sky cinema offer

Just been on their messaging service online and have been advised to wait for an email which will ask. Me to confirm if I want to continue with offer or cancel. When I questioned the 31 days notice was told the email is the new way!!  Have taken screenshots of conversation

I've had the same offer, a somewhat confusing livechat as they did say no change to my current contract, but then dropped that paramount was a 24 month contract, which seemed odd.

I did question this  and he said, if I cancel the cinema, paramount would cancel

too, which I understand.  What was confusing was the 24 month contract... I decided to leave it. 😬
