Follow up to conversation eith Sky on Saturday

I contacted Sky on Saturday as i was having issues with my Skyq box.  We were unable to resolve these. The lady said she would send me a new SkyQ box that i would receive by Monday evening. It is now Tuesday and nothing has arrived. Please could you advise whrn i will receive the replacement SkyQ box

@Stukea Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other. you will need to contact Sky again
