If the flashing red light is on your Television set then it is nothing to do with Sky Q.
Normally on a television, if it is on the lower front edge it relates to some sort of television error.
Try rebooting your television set by removing its power lead for 30 seconds and then reconnecting. See if this clears it.
Otherwise you need to refer to you television manual to check for error code indications.
