Fire
I have had a fire qt my property which has damaged my sky boxes and router. I need to replace these items for when i move back into the property soon

@BuckA2003 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
You will need to speak to Sky, as they were damaged Sky will more than likely charge you for new boxes although your home insurance should then cover the cost of the replacements
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@BuckA2003 , as @Laing1 says. I'd also suggest you hold onto the damaged items (if not totally destroyed) as Sky may want them back.
