Faulty sky q box
I have a faulty q box. I have run the diagnostic and it says it's ok but it isn't.
There was/is a delay when I change channels. I have to reset it at least once a day. I have also done the hard reset deleting all recordings. It isn't recording anything. I sometimes get a message saying the hard drive has a fault yet the diagnostic says it's ok. . I assume I need a new sky q box or is it a signal problem

Try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors
If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.
