Keep having to remove and insert viewing card to view my channels. I pay for sky cinema but its not letting me watch any movies and keeps telling me to "upgrade my package" when I already have sky cinema. Something is wrong with the viewing card and/or sky box. Trying to get through to an actual person instead of a BOT is hard! I want to speak to an actual person to sort this. Help please
