Faulty plug for second box

How do I get a new mains plug that connects to the 2nd box as in the multi room box.

trying to actually speak to a human is near on impossible.

Hi @MrsSutton26   The Sky Q Mini box uses a standard C7 plug. Available everywhere in various lengths. Search Amazon for C7 power cable. Note Sky will not supply you with a new power cable. They come with replacement boxes.
