Faulty Sky Q box

Hi my Sky Q box is not working properly I have been on with Sky a number if trouble shooting methods used no success same issues still persist.  Sky Q box is faulty it is extremely slow, slow also trying to get into apps , slow at loading or downloading m. Sound just randomly goes loud and then quiet.   Fast forward or rewind also and issue.  No trouble shooting methods from Sky are improving this please replace my Sky Q box thanks

We can't replace it. We’re customers on here. This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services.

Give Sky a call but they'll probably lead you through some of the troubleshooting you've already done first.

Is that a Sky Q mini or the Sky Q main box hard to tell can see some damage left hand side near the white spot

The power button is next to the WPS button the button you have shown doesn't move so you must have used some force to cause the damage to your Sky Q box.
